Meet Finnegan!!! This sweet boy is a 12 year old JRT who came to us as a result of a cruelty investigation he was found along with several other dogs in deplorable conditions, and tied to a tree As a result of his suffering he is blind, had several masses, and had fly strike wounds on his ears. He came to our rescue and has some spent some time boarded at our vet while getting the medical treatment that he needs. He is now ready to get into a home a learn what life really should be and can look like! He deserves to know love! We promise our fosters that we will qualify all potential adopters before we ask them to communicate with potential adopters.The application is the first step. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee.
