Meet Rolland aka Rollie! This handsome heeler mix is just over 1 year old and is the sweetest boy ever. He originally came from Lancaster Animal Shelter where his owners surrendered him. He was an outdoor dog who truly wanted to be an indoor dog. He is a typical herding dog with energy for days and always looking for an adventure. He is still very young and can be a little mouthy at times, so we are recommending kids 10 and up. He has been exposed to cats and wasn’t overly interested in them more in their food and toys! Rollie is also picking up potty training very quickly and is already crate trained. His foster parents are working on basic obedience with him and he is quickly picking it up, but still gets excited and will jump on you. He enjoys going on walks (or runs if you can keep up) and really enjoys playing with other dogs. He would do great in a home with a dog who can match his energy. He can resource guard his toys sometimes, but is easily corrected and has been doing less with correction. Rolland is already neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all his vaccines.
