Marla is a 7 year old female Blue Heeler Mix. She is a sweet and playful girl who loves to play fetch and snuggle on the couch. She is a great walking, running, and hiking partner as she loves to do activities with her people. She is completely housetrained, knows a couple commands and tricks, and is easy to take out of the house. She is not great with other dogs but will keep her distance and doesn't instigate. She is super friendly with everyone but isn't a great fit for a family with small kids. We have a toddler and her natural herding and nipping instincts are just too strong with him. She has been a fantastic dog for my wife and I until our baby started walking and she would absolutely thrive with an individual or family that likes to get out of the house for fetch, walks, runs, hikes, etc. but that doesn't have little kids.
